Guidelines For Abstract Submission Submit Your Abstract

  1. The scientific committee of I-OSI 2026 invite the submission of abstracts for e-poster presentations at the 7th Annual Congress of Immuno Oncology Society of India-IOSICON 2026.

  2. Please register for the conference through the link provided before submission of the abstract.

  3. The work/Research/Abstract should be related to Immuno-oncology.

  4. Summaries of new, ongoing and updated research (Original work, Case report, hypothesis, good quality review, preliminary data, and thesis work) will be acceptable for submission and presentation.

  5. One Delegate cannot submit More than 3 Abstracts.

  6. Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted.

  7. An abstract may not contain any illustrations, images. 1 figure and 1 table can be submitted if crucial to judge the quality of abstract.

  8. Presenting author to be highlighted in bold and underline.

  9. The abstract author will be notified by email about its acceptance and other details.

  10. The abstract presenting author must register for the conference.

  11. Accepted presenters must adhere to deadlines and guidelines, and they must promptly respond to communication.

  12. Attractive awards for oral and poster presentation.

  13. Last Date of Abstract Submission is 15th October 2025.

  14. Abstract must be typed and presented in English and maximum 300 words (which includes Background, Methods, Results and Conclusions).

  15. Use the Font type Calibri and Font Size 11/12

  16. Abstracts should be structured to include the following 4 sections:

    • Title

    • Authors and Affiliation

    • Background Information

    • Methods, Results and Conclusions

    • For case reports, please structure the abstracts as Introduction, Description and Conclusions

  17. Abstract categories are:

    • Clinical

    • Basic Sciences

  18. Subcategories

    • Original Data

    • Case Series

    • Case Reports

  19. Last date of submission: 15th October 2025

  20. Date of acceptance notification: 15th December 2025
