On behalf of the Organizing Committee and the Immuno-Oncology Society of India (I-OSI), it is a distinct honor to invite you to join us for our 8^th Annual Conference, I-OSICON 2027. The congress will be held in the historic city of New Delhi from January 29^th to 31^st, 2027 at Taj Vivanta, Dwarka, New Delhi.

As we move into our eighth year, the landscape of cancer treatment is undergoing a tectonic shift. We have moved far beyond the "discovery" phase of immunotherapy into an era of sophisticated application. Reflecting this evolution, our theme for 2027 is:
IO-Next: Engineering Precision, Personalization, and Persistence in Cancer Immunity

• Engineering: Advancing bispecifics and next-gen delivery systems.
• Personalization: Tailoring mRNA vaccines and neoantigen strategies.
• Persistence: Decoding resistance mechanisms and ensuring long-term survivor care.

This year’s scientific program is designed to bridge the gap between high-level molecular engineering and real-world clinical excellence. We aim to explore the "IO-Next" frontier-where Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) meet immune priming, where AI-driven spatial omics dictate treatment selection, and where cellular therapies finally break the barriers of solid tumours.

We will also conduct a special review of current and upcoming evidence on Neoadjuvant Revolution in Lung, Melanoma, and Triple-Negative Breast Cancer, Urinary Bladder, Stomach Cancer, CRCs, managing Immune-Related Adverse Events (irAEs), and Real-world evidence.

On the Hemato-Oncology Frontier, a dedicated full-day track will focus on Immunotherapy and Cell Therapies in Hematology. We will explore CAR-T and bispecific engagers (BiTEs) for leukaemias, lymphomas, and myeloma, covering clinical outcomes, toxicity, and "bench-to-bedside" logistics. This specialised forum offers haematologists and transplant physicians essential insights into immune-engineering for blood cancers.

I-OSICON 2027 will bring together over 800 oncologists, researchers, and industry leaders from across the globe.
